Within 24 hours on weekdays, usually much faster. Weekends get answered first thing Monday morning.
Can I change my order?
Yes, if it hasn't shipped yet. Sign in, open the order, and hit "Edit". Anything already in packing needs a return.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes — we work with about 30 independent retailers. Minimum order $2,500, application takes a week.
