Our Return Promise
At MinniMarket, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Our hassle-free return policy makes it easy to return or exchange items.
Return Eligibility
Return Window
- Standard Items: 30 days from delivery date
- Electronics: 15 days from delivery date
- Sale Items: 14 days from delivery date (final sale items excluded)
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- Free from damage, stains, or alterations
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Personalized or customized products
- Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Perishable goods
- Digital products and gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and go to Order History. Select the order and items you wish to return, then choose your reason for the return.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Once your return is approved, you'll receive:
- Return authorization number (RMA)
- Prepaid shipping label (for eligible returns)
- Packing instructions
Step 3: Ship Your Return
- Pack items securely in original packaging if possible
- Include your RMA number inside the package
- Attach the prepaid shipping label
- Drop off at the designated carrier location
Step 4: Track Your Return
Use the tracking number provided to monitor your return shipment. We'll email you once we receive and process your return.
Refund Information
Refund Methods
- Original Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Store Credit: You may opt for store credit, which is processed immediately
- Gift Returns: Refunds for gifts are issued as store credit or gift card
Refund Timeline
- Processing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Credit Card: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear
- PayPal/Digital Wallets: 3-5 business days
- Store Credit: Immediate upon processing
Refund Amount
Your refund will include:
- Full product price (minus any discounts applied)
- Original shipping costs (only if the return is due to our error)
The following may be deducted from your refund:
- Return shipping costs (if using our prepaid label for non-defective items)
- Restocking fees (15% for electronics opened from sealed packaging)
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:
- Return the original item following the steps above
- Place a new order for the desired item
- Contact us if you need assistance with the exchange
This ensures you receive your new item quickly without waiting for the return to process.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage
- We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund
- No return shipping required for defective items
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us immediately with your order number
- Keep the item in its original packaging
- We'll ship the correct item and provide a prepaid return label
- Full refund of any shipping costs
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement
- Contact your credit card company (refunds can take time to post)
- Contact your bank
- If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at returns@minnimarket.com
International Returns
For international orders:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Original duties and taxes are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Processing may take an additional 5-7 business days
