Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and U.S. military APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $99
- Flat-rate standard shipping under $99: calculated at checkout based on order weight
- Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee
Delivery Times
Once your order is placed, please allow:
- Handling time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday)
- Transit time: 1–4 business days for standard shipping
- Total delivery window: 2–7 business days for most U.S. addresses
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time on a business day typically ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can also track your order anytime at /order/track.
Processing Delays
While we work hard to ship every order quickly, delays can occasionally happen due to:
- High-demand periods (holidays, major sales)
- Weather or carrier-related disruptions
- Address verification when payment details don't match
If your order is delayed beyond the expected window, we'll reach out by email with an update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
